  When I went to sign up yesterday, the manager was very friendly and she strongly insisted that we clean our equipment before and after. I liked that. She communicated with the members she came in contact with to make sure they were happy. She was very energetic, though, and the tour was quicker than I needed. Being old and never using the high-tech equipment, I'm a little nervous to go try. But, that is a very small point. Gym was well stocked, organized and extremely pleasant!

  Did a few days here not long ago, was great staff, super clean and affordable. Designed more for cardio, loved this place, little small
