  the government really needs to check these people out. they have misappropriated so much of my money it's not funny at all. my daughter will not be getting a sweet 16 birthday this year because of their errors and financial mis management. they do not keep you in the loop about anything at all. they are not good at responding to phone calls or emails. they have got me in debt thousands of dollars with my dentist (who no longer wants to deal with me) because of ORPP's errors ....... they make me pay late fees which are obviously their fault, since i am allowed no financial control of my own income. I am dying of cancer and this is my reward for all those years of taking care of old people in nursing homes. if anyone has read "The Discourses" by Machiavelli you will see that when a populace has no checks and balances or process of a system for grievances that government will fall, because the people become ill content ....... dear United States government please look into these people, and compare their IRS 990 form with that of their local competitors, as i suspect they are not a true non profit organization. thank you, and viewers may want to screen shot this review as i would not be surprised if ORPP moves to have it deleted soon.
